To consistently offer excellent services regardless of the executing individuals, we commit ourselves to adhering to the following principles. The internal and external communication of the mission statement is conveyed through a display in the foyer or corridor. Additionally, it is presented on the website when needed.
Customer Orientation As customers, we understand all interested parties, including participants, educational providers, funding bodies, as well as the contracting companies, society in the broadest sense with an interest in compliance with laws, environmental protection, and resource conservation. The business sector with its market-driven qualification requirements, the Federal Employment Agency with its goal of integrating graduates, employees, and suppliers are interested parties and are to be included in this broad concept of customers.
In this context, within the framework of existing procedures and processes, it is examined whether the demands and expectations that the customer places on us can be met with the available resources (equipment, media, instructors). We strive to maintain and promote this through continuous monitoring of processes, internal audits, and the supervision of daily tasks. A continuous improvement process is in place.
The objective arising from this is, among other things, the sustainable increase in customer satisfaction.

They are personally coached and advised by us to enable participant-oriented and appropriate development. Participants Our advertising statements are truthful and reputable. Transparency prevails in our measures regarding: objectives, participation requirements, terms of participation, duration, location, price, number of instructional hours, methods employed, and terms and conditions. In developing our educational offerings according to the Third Book of the Social Code (SGB III), we consider the situation and development of the job market and adjust it to the current training and job market. We support participants in their integration into the regular job market.
