educational programs, ensuring excellence in education.
To consistently deliver high-quality services regardless of the individuals executing them, we adhere to
the following principles. Our mission statement is communicated internally and externally through
displays in common areas and is also available on our website when needed.
Customer Orientation
We define customers broadly to include participants, educational providers, funding bodies,
contracting companies, and society at large, with an interest in legal compliance, environmental
protection, and resource conservation. The business sector, with its evolving qualification
requirements, as well as the Federal Employment Agency, which aims to integrate graduates into the
workforce, are key stakeholders in our approach.
Within the framework of our established procedures and processes, we assess whether we can meet
customer demands and expectations with our available resources (equipment, media, instructors). We
maintain and enhance service quality through continuous process monitoring, internal audits, and
daily task supervision. A continuous improvement process is in place to drive sustainable customer
satisfaction.
